Magdalinos Way Villas
Hawke’s Bay Construction built eight brand new villas on Magdalinos Way in Havelock North. Each is functional, with beautiful open plan living spaces designed with modern living in mind.
The new kitchen has been styled in pale wood, stone benchtops, charcoal flooring and classic subway tiles on the walls. The bathrooms have been updated in white and grey floor to ceiling tile, with timber floating vanities.
