Grange Cottage

Hawke’s Bay Construction had completed a full renovation on this home. See here for more details. This project was to complete the self-contained cottage that was beneath the house.

The renovation included a complete redesign of the cottage. A new kitchen and bathroom was installed.  New wall lining and floor coverings were put throughout the entire cottage. As well as new fittings and fixtures.

Hawkes’s Bay Construction put in a new compliant floor and added waterproofing to exterior of building. A new patio was constructed and landscaping completed. We did a full exterior paint with some new joinery units to maximise the indoor outdoor flow.

This homely cottage is now able to be rented out as an Airbnb or used as a guest suite.
